Katie Herndon is a graduate of the University of Tennessee Chattanooga and a Nashville native. After completing her degree in political science she embarked on a career path that over the years has honed multiple skill sets throughout various different fields. Working in the world of banking, in special education and managing social media were all stepping stones to the career she finds herself in today.

 

One of the passions Katie has always been drawn to is Real Estate. In 2012 she made the switch to this new industry and has never looked back. Her primary role to date has been working with buyers which she will tell you seemed natural from the start. With a passion for those around her and the joy she receives by finding the right property for each individual, coming to work on a daily basis is easy!

 

Right from the word "go" Katie jumped in at the deep end, working with both individuals making first time purchases to large investment corporations buying agressively and in bulk. Her strengths include impressive contract negotiation, handling of large active portfolios and really identifying with a clients needs.

 

She and her husband currently reside in Lebanon with their two pitbulls and one fluffy cat! Katie loves to exercise, travel and as a season ticket holder for the Tennessee Titans, cheer them on at every game...
